The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They offered advice on all of the items we were after and didn’t pester us while we were in the shop as a lot of other shops do. We’re just awaiting delivery but if the service in the shop is anything to go by I’d imagine it will be hassle free. This is my second time purchasing a bed from this store and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

The bed we wanted to purchase was on display in the shop, which we were so pleased about, as we wanted to see it in real life before purchasing. We also wanted to test out the mattresses and the sleep match technology was amazing and really helped us. We were served by a lovely lady called Christine who was just fabulous and so down to earth and friendly. She made the experience even better and went out of her way to make sure we were looked after and cared for.
