Great customer service from Natalie was approached on arrival into store then taken to sleep test to find the best mattress for both myself n daughter . Overall very pleased with the service will definitely be returning for future purchases .

Natalie greeted me with a smile the moment I walked into Dreams, and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I only went in to look, but I bought a lovely comfy mattress instead! It was so nice to be treated with respect and I had fabulous customer service. I enjoyed the whole experience of shopping in Dreams from start to finish and felt good about my purchase upon leaving the store. I was delighted! Thank you Dreams.

The colleague who served us was highly knowledgeable. He showed an interest in our requirements & listened to what we wanted. He gave us time to discuss our requirements, offered us refreshments & gave us space whilst being on hand for advice
