The colleague who served us was highly knowledgeable. He showed an interest in our requirements & listened to what we wanted. He gave us time to discuss our requirements, offered us refreshments & gave us space whilst being on hand for advice

Efficient and quick service friendliness of staff member

We've been greeted very warmly and the shop assistant showed us around and gave us useful information. We were also asked to use the sleeper machine to find the best match for our mattress and it did help.
