At the time of my visit there were only 2 assistants available. However they acknowledged that I was waiting and helped me by directing me to items I might be interested in whilst still serving customers. Lauren showed good knowledge of products and was able to help me to choose suitable items that could be delivered in to he time that I needed. She did this without being pushy to secure her sale. Both assistants were friendly and had a good relationship with each other.

walked in and was approached by a lovley lady had space to walk around and look at everything and then we returned to a bed that caught our eye and my partner wanted a diffrent bed the lady returned to help us and was supported by another lady there knowledge and professionalism was outstanding

All the staff were knowledgeable, attentive and highly understanding of our needs and preferences. Christina, in particular, Lauren and the gentleman were simply fantastic during our purchase
