Lauren at the Solihull branch was very knowledgeable and showed us lots of different options explained the different mattresses . We tested the despatch and decided in the end to go for a tempur cooltouch sensation which though expensive after testing on different mattresses this was the most comfortable with the guarantee this will last us for the next 20 yrs? Everyone we felt with was most helpful.

Lauren was really helpful and knowledgable without being pushy. We'd actually gone out to buy cat litter and popped in to do some research on beds as we were walking past. Lauren was so helpful and found us exactly what we were looking for so we decided to buy while we were there. We felt really looked after and were impressed with the Covid precautions.

Chris was very helpful. He showed us all the beds in the money range and also the type of bed we wanted. His knowledge was very good. He was happy to help and he also stood back while we discussed which bed would be better for us. A very pleasant visit to the store
