On entering the store, we were greeted by friendly staff (Natalie). We were encouraged to try the new sleepmatch to determine our needs. Mattress was discounted on the day of purchase (20% off). Good delivery date promised, with very little wait from placing order.

The shop assistant was very helpful explains everything to us very polite too wasn't rushed at all had the time to get us the mattress what we wanted so I am very happy with the service

Clean store. Friendly helpful staff the lafy placed my order to save me having to go home and do it inline with the reassurance of having a point of contact
