Christine approached us as we came in and was very happy to help. I was worried about being talked into buying things I didn't want before I went in but Christine wasn't like that at all. She listened to what I needed and helped me find the exact product that was right me without being pushy in the slightest. We weren't planning on purchasing on the day of the visit but I was so happy that I did in the end!

Felt the store at Sears Retail Park Solihull was working hard to keep both staff and customers as safe as possible by observing all the rules around shopping during Covid-19. Was also greeted by Lauren in a friendly but non pressured way. She was honest with her answers to our questions and we were able to make the right choice for us based on her knowledge and experience.
