Excellent service by knowledgeable staff. Adequate space in store to ensure social distancing and the store was cleaned to a very high standard. Staff took their time to ensure my needs were understood and made suitable reccomendations. I wouldnt even think about going anywhere else to purchase a bed.

We were shopping with my 17 year old Autistic daughter for a new bed and mattress for her bedroom. The experience as a whole did not go as I envisaged, it went SO MUCH BETTER! Lauren dealt with our enquiries with such efficiency, it was incomparable. Lauren initially asked who the bed was for and aimed all her queries directly at my daughter instead of talking around her and asking me for answers. She obviously had an understanding of how autism works in people even to the point that she asked her colleagues to a try and stay away from my daughter so that she did not get overwhelmed by the shopping experience. We were able to use the sleep match program and instead of getting my daughter to try lots of different mattresses she chose 3 appropriate ones and sat and chatted with her, almost distracting her from what she was actually doing with the mattresses and then after trying the 3 'most appropriate' ones Lauren asked my daughter to go back over them and rate then out of 10. This led us to choosing the best one for her together with appropriate memory foam pillows that will assist in my daughter waking up pain free in a morning. Lauren was an amazing sales person for us.
