The sales advisor was very attentive and listened to our needs. He didn't push us to buy beyond our budget and didn't rush us when we were trying the mattresses. He was very friendly and helpful. We were going to go to a couple of other shops and compare but the service we had was so good that we didn't bother.

Great Customer service from Natalie and the Store Manager. Looked after and took care of me throughout the entire purchase, was in store for 2 hours deciding on the best solution. Support was incredible and complimentary gestures was incredible.
