The seller told me that I would have a discount of 100 pounds and could pick up on products but did not say if I could only get the 100 pounds discount and with that I actually get the real discount, so I bought 2 products from 70 and 34 pounds specifically. I felt cheated, because instead of paying 399 I paid 503 in the mattress

The store was a bit messy .The prices were quite high.Some bed frames were not available in other colors.and I suggest that you serve your customers (the ones who place the orders in stores)with tea or coffee.We stayed there for almost an hour and placing order took time but we were not offered anything to drink. Regards

The mattress I wanted had no discount and I had to pay for delivery as I could only be home on a Saturday.

I feel as though the staff are quite pushy and fake. I was offered a drink 4 times which is totally unnecessary for a 30 minute period

I cannot say im highly satisfied until i recieve the products. I know on the last occasion that i ordered a bed, i had to wait over 3months to get my prodcut when it was promised to me a month after i had placed the order. This was not only very challenging, speaking to your customer services dept but also a huge waste of time! i thought i'd give Dreams another chance, so lets see once i recive my order as to my satisfaction.

It’s not always the Fault of the store or the assistant. I went to buy a new bed for the spare room and didn’t plan on spending so much. Nothing can be 100%.
