Dreams - Staples Corner

We were served by Abdul in the Staple Corner branch. From the moment we entered the shop, Abdul greeted us promptly and asked what we are after. He then did the mattress test with us and explained to us step by step on how he could help us to choose the right bed and mattress. He was very patient and knowledgeable with the products and answered all our questions. We wanted to buy a king size bed plus 2 double beds for ourselves and for our 2 twin boys and Abdul asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood our needs and made the right recommendations. Dreams was the first shop we went and initially we were planning to compare few shops before we decided the purchase but then we ended up buying straight from Dreams because of Abdul’s great services and recommendations.

We were greeted very well and respectfully by a staff member named Elizabeth who was so kind and offered refreshments and was a great help

The member of staff put me on the machine that quotes what machine suits me and she explained the difference of the mattresses for my needs. I had a list of mattresses that I was interested in and the machine said the same - she was very attentive and understood what I wanted. She even got me to purchase pillows that I didn’t plan to get

i was able to find the product i needed through choice available and the price ranges

managed the find the product I was looking for in a fairly short amount of time. friendly staff able to help in a timely manner to make the correct choice

I want to thank the sales person Ali for looking after and helping us to find the right mattress that we want. He also make sure to double check the order details and really give us lots of options to choose. I must admit he first came across a bit more shy but he was very knowledgable and if he was not sure for one second, he would find out and confirm. He would provide suggestions and we were at the store on Sunday for more than 2 hours and a very happy customer after!.

The two gentlemen that served me were very helpful and efficient.
