Dreams - Staples Corner

We had an excellent shopping experience at Staples Corner, served by Elizabeth who was both knowledgeable and listened carefully to our needs. We enjoyed choosing from the mattresses she recommended and the sale was completed easily.

Elizabeth and her colleague were incredibly helpful and made the whole process a delight from the minute I walked in the door.

Abdul was friendly person. He explained his products probably. He was very polite when I asked him too many questions. He made us to feel comfortable to stay more in this shop and choose what we really likes. His body language was very polite as well as his words. I would love to come again to buy more product in the future. Thanks

Excellent customer service . Patient and explained really well all the different options

My husband and I were welcomed immediately by Abdul who was very helpful and informative without being pushy. Talked us through what we wanted and showed us different options allowing us time to make up our minds. The store was clean and well organised providing hand sanitizer and covers for mattresses we lay on. It was all together a pleasant experience being assisted by Abdul - Thank you

The customer service from Elizabeth was great and she was not overly pushy as is often found.

The sales assistant was very frliendly and most importantly patient while i was decididng with bed frame to order.
