Hello. I want to thank Elizabeth for her kind, courteous and knowledgeable customer service. We visited the shop with plans to buy a new bed mattress but had not yet decided whether or not to purchase one. However, thanks to Elizabeth's detailed explanation of the mattress, we found a good mattress and immediately decided to buy it on the spot. Thank you.
