The service was very good & the sale representative went beyond her duty. I was taken ill with my blood pressure during looking at beds. I had too go outside during being shown the beds to be sick. The lady was very kind & kept coming out to see how I was. She managed to order the bed I required. Without her help I don’t think I would have got my new bed

The gentleman whom served us was very professional. He listened to our needs and evaluated our sleeping positions. He made us feel safe by using bed roll tissue protection during covid whilst we were trying out different mattresses. He offered us some water bottles and talked us through all of the features of the bed and matress. Also about the current offers available. We purchased the Osaka bed with built in TV and surround sound with a mattress. Also a fitting service. Very knowledgeable polite staff member.

The lady who served me was very knowledgable and helpful, and answered all of our questions. Very friendly! Great covid measures made us feel very safe.
