Melissa was incredibly helpful and explained everything fully. She spoke directly to me rather than my parents (which has happened in other places) and helped me to understand exactly what I needed. Melissa knew when to approach us and when to give us time and space to explore.

All because of the wonderful assistant Sheena (Tunbridge Wells branch) she was just lovely from the moment we walked in. She just seemed so happy to find my husband and I the perfect bed.. not making a sale. She was just nice and professional and so so knowledgeable.

Served by different members of staff all of whom offered us coffee, and seemed friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to our needs and left us to try the beds recommended, being available to answer questions when needed. We visited several times to try different beds and the staff were very understanding.

As we entered the store we was greeted by Ben one of your sales assistants I explained what I wanted to do and he took us straight there and helped with any questions and then showed us what was recommended and closed the deal 😀

Your Tunbridge well store was very friendly and welcoming. We had a 7 month baby with us and they made us feel very comfortable. She walked us around the shop with excellent knowledge and suggested different items to suit our needs and budget. Payment was speedy with offers of tea, coffee and water. Delivery was speedy.
