Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

The Dreams team were very welcoming on arrival, Carol who assisted me took me through their COVID measures & what I needed to do. I explained what I was looking for & she took me through the optimiser to show the best recommended mattresses. When I had narrowed my choice to two, she left me to decide and advised where she would be, rather than hover & make me feel like I had to rush my decision. She was clear on explaining the order/delivery/finance processes. Friendly but informative

We were welcomed at the door by Ian, I had made an appointment, the day before so Ian greeted us by name. Ian explained the health and safety measure in place for Covid 19, offered us gloves and a mask if we wanted we used the hand gel etc. The store was very clean and staff respected the 2 m. I felt very safe we were the only ones in the store for the majority of our time there with perhaps another 2 people coming into purchase items. We were also offered water during our visit and Ian was very knowledgeable but gave us time to test the beds and discuss our options.
