I was highly satisfied as the store was quiet (probably coronavirus related) and the staff highly attentive without being pushy. Carol recommended that I try the beds out with the same pillow, which nobody had ever done before when I have tried out beds.

We were engaged by a well informed and personable member of staff who took a close interest in our needs and foibles. Frankly not sure we intended to do any business on our first visit but such was the service we received that it seemed sensible to make a purchase decision there and then.
