Excellent product knowledge used to directly answer our queries. Not pushy but informative. Maisie was polite, friendly, humourous and confident. She helped a lot but allowed us to make up our own minds whilst explaining pros and cons of our choices. The showroom was easy to find our way around, but the pricing cards could be a little clearer.

Excellent customer service. Was helped with the sleep machine. Shown to appropriate mattresses talked through the difference in the mattresses. Made a coffee whilst placing my order. Helped to choose equally supportive pillows. Can't fault the experience atall.. this is my second time purchasing from dreams and will definitely be returning next time i require anything bed related.
