Maisie at the store was fantastic and spent time showing us which mattresses were right for my husband and I and listened to what issues we had with our current mattress. We then decided to purchase the base and headboard and she showed up all the different styles and materials. We had a nice cup of tea and wasn’t rushed in making a decision.

Natalie was very helpful. We came to this store to view a specific bed we had seen online and it was actually there (so many places say they have stock in store when they don’t, so we appreciated this). We used the sleep match machine which was useful and added to the experience!

Neither my boyfriend or I are fans of showroom shopping as the reps can be over-zealous and feel pushy. The rep we were working with (Maisie) was so lovely and chill. She listened to put needs and really had us feeling that this was 100% about us buying a mattress, not about a rep making a sale. She was super friendly, created a relaxed environment and we really appreciated her help and advice.

I purchased a mattress from the same store (in Tunbridge Wells) 8 years ago in 2012 and the mattress is so good and the customer service I returned again as my mattress is due to be renewed. I was served by Lauren, who is the perfect ambassador for your company. Immediately welcoming, friendly and professional; her product knowledge second to none and it was a joy to be served by her and to see her friendly interaction with her colleagues. Lauren, and the team, just seemed genuinely happy to work there and to help everyone in the store. It became quite busy during my transaction and Lauren was still able to help her colleagues and us. Lauren was so good, in fact, that my sister ended up buying a mattress too, even though she was not quite due to buy one. I purchased mine direct and my sister was offered interest free payment option which Lauren was able to explain in detail and was very helpful. I don't enjoy shopping but this was a wonderful, happy experience. Thank you to Lauren and the team - not to mention the coffee which was delicious. Not sure my words do justice to how good Lauren is; I hope she is still at Dreams in 8 years time when I renew again. Thank you so much.

I had the chance to have my posture assessed and the assistant showed me the full range of mattresses at and around the assessed level. I was able to try out as many mattresses as I wanted and I was not put under pressure to hurry up or buy any products.
