Maisie was very patient and explained what we needed to know that would help us make the purchase that would be right for us. She explained a out the different comfort levels and we are looking forward to our new bed.

We went to Tunbridge wells dreams store and the staff could not have been more helpful. Natalie helped us with our choices and guides us through the different options. Whilst we were finishing up the other lady in the store played a game of catch with my 7 year old as he had been really good but was getting bored. They couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, so thank you it was a very pleasant experience Mrs Cheal

Lovely friendly staff at the Tunbridge Wells store, really helped me to find the right bed. Talked through all the different options over a cup of coffee. Absolutely no pressure to buy, in fact was told to think it over for a while to be sure and come back later. “Sleepmatch” was brilliant and did actually pick out the right bed for me. Service was brilliant - Natalie was excellent, her knowledge was fabulous of all the products and listening to what we wanted was brilliant. There was no feeling of being rushed, there is no doubt that we would go back and request Natalie’s help in the future. The store is brilliant and felt extremely welcomed the moment we stepped into the store.

Because the young lady( Lauren) was pleasant , not pushy and very knowledgeable. Also the whole payment/ finance was very fast and easy.
