My dreams colleague was Lauren. She was an exceptional staff member who went above and beyond in ensuring we had the right products for us. She was very encouraging in helping me try out the correct mattress, which I initially was reluctant to do as I am wheelchair bound. Would highly recommend. Lauren was fantastic

We found Dan very knowledgeable regarding the product we came into see , he was extremely courteous even giving us a coffee and time to consider our purchase . We had actually been offered a better deal by Benson beds in Eastbourne for the same product but because Dan had been so nice to us we went with him .

Carol our sales assistant went over the top and actually made us a cup of tea whilst we were trying out the mattress and got us a duvet. It was fabulous! We full blown had a cup of tea in bed! Haha
