Friendly assistant in Maisie...

Maisie was very knowledgable about all the products she advised us on and gave several options according to our needs and then asked us if we wished to take part in the sleep match guide which we did. This confirmed the options Maisie had given us with a few additions. We went on to try these. Maisie was very helpful, offering us a tea or coffee and told us to take our time and try out the beds before making any final decision.

Our sales representative, Maisie, was superbly knowledgeable and extremely brilliant! She managed the perfect combination of sales skills, knowledge and personality. The mattress was reasonably priced, readily available and worth every penny, best nights sleep I've ever had!!

We were approached straightaway and offered assistance. We were taken to a machine which guided our recommendations, and from these, we chose a mattress that we may not otherwise have chosen. We were offered drinks on a number of occasions, and the whole process was satisfyingly quick. We had two young children with us, and the staff were accommodating, and very kind. It was a lovely experience.

Dan at Tunbridge Wells was great! After telling him I needed a new mattress and had never bought for myself before, I told him I'd had previous back surgery - he was great, knew exactly what to do and how to help me! Delivery guys were fantastic also - wore shoe discs to protect carpet, gave me advice on mattress and even came earlier in my time slot as said I'd need to pick daughter up from pre-school, I said I could get someone else to pick her up but they insisted they would come to me before their next jobs - fantastic!

Excellent customer service, staff acknowledge you when you arrived in store. Did not pester you while you were looking at products and were on hand when you wished to buy product

Staff was very friendly and talked to the children. She had a wide product knowledge and didn't rush us. She also wasn't at all pushy which meant we didn't feel any pressure. We also liked the machine which advises which type of bed you should have.
