Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

We were approached as soon as we walked in the store to see if we needed assistance. I wanted a new mattress and was offered the sleep match machine which I done, the lady went though the process and also took me to each mattress after the sleep match. Explained about each mattress in detail. She was helpful offered us tea and coffee.

This is the second time I have purchased at Dreams and know that I can be given the correct information from people who are polite and know their craft with plenty of product knowledge. I especially like the good choice to fit peoples budgets. I even had a nice cup of coffee made for me by the salesman Glenn who was extremely helpful and polite. I would recommend Dreams to other friends and relatives.

All the staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and amenable and answered our questions patiently and thoroughly. They gave us time to think and to discuss our purchase privately without trying to persuade us and rush us into a decision. We particularly liked the Dreams computer mattress that analysed the way we laid and this gave us a good indication of the type of mattress to look for otherwise it can be confusing and daunting with the number of mattresses available. The staff set up the computer system and we found it a very worthwhile experience. We found the whole experience of finding a suitable mattress easy with the assistance of the wonderful staff at Dreams.

The staff were attentive to our needs. They showed us various types and styles. We were offered use of the test bed. They were polite and discussed our needs with us.

We were greeted by Dan who was polite, knowledgeable and had just the right level of interaction. He allowed us to browse, but was available when needed for detailed information. We were made most welcome on both visits with a coffee and friendly face. We had visited other bed stores but Dan's customer service skills made all the difference. A credit to your company.

On arrival we were given the utmost in attention by Carol at your tunbridge wells store She was very attentive to our needs and because I suffer with health problems I was very grateful to her for her sympathetic disposition. With her support we were able to purchase what we hope to be the perfect mattress for us. We are very grateful for the help provided to us today. Thankyou.

It was nice to experience very good customer service from the moment we walked into the store right up to the end, it’s something that is not experienced very often. The shop staff / company should be really proud of the all round service they provide not only on product knowledge but also customer service.
