Pleasant staff took time to understand our needs was patient with us and our 2 young children took us through the sleepmatch process to narrow down our search and answered all our questions. As a result we purchased a kingsize mattress and bed frame from you the following day and dealt with the same member of staff. Then recommended you to my parents who are also looking for a new mattress and bed.
