Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

Very helpful staff ( MAISIE). Used the sleep machine thing. Offered coffee/tea. Shown the different mattresses. Very professional. Never been to dreams before, now I know where to go. Can’t wait for the mattress to be delivered.

A warm welcome on entering the store and then an attentive salesperson who listed to my requirements and directed me to the various mattresses that best suited my needs.

Good selection of products to view and try, adviser was helpful offered tea/coffee/hot chocolate. Choose Dream as could pay to have item assembled and old bed taken away. Which another store wouldn’t do told me I would have to sort myself.

Dan at the Tunbridge Wells store was amazing. He didn’t try to sell us anything, just helped us select the right mattress for our needs. He was so friendly, gave us advice based on his experience. Very happy!

The young lady Madie was very informative, not at all pushy, she explained just what we wanted and pointed us in the right direction. That meant we could talk and take our time browsing and being able to make the right decision, which was were Maisie pointed us in the first place

Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Was able to place an order for the perfect bed. Was offered drinks and was made to feel welcome. Was given a chance to discuss in private with partner without feeling pressured. This approach from Lauren was the reason we placed an order.

The person helping me didn’t over sell things I didn’t need. Just listened you what I wanted and helped me get them. Made a suggestion of a similar but cheaper mattress. Also I was given time to look around with out being bothered by people trying to sell. Good customer service

Staff member Daniel took the trouble to email me, when the mattress was back in stock, so I could collect it before Xmas.
