Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

Coming to Dreams made our choosing a mattress much easier. Natalie in your Tunbridge Wells branch, was very friendly and helpful. She talked us through the system you use to analyse what mattress would suit us best. She showed us the range of mattresses that it recommended and how these mattresses would help with the health issues my husband and I have struggle with at night. Having a helpful and knowledgable assistant definitely helped with our Dreams experience. Ordering the item was quick and easy to go and we were happy with the delivery time given.

Dan helped us and although nobody offered help when we walked in, as soon as he knew we needs assistance his customer service was first rate. He gave us a all discount for not being helped when we arrived - I thought that was a really tangible way to show good customer service.

The ease of looking round store . the helpfulness of Glenn in helping us choose a mattress and a bed . Also being able tos3lect a date convenient to me.

The item I wanted was in stock, easily available , paid for and we were out in minutes. There were however no other customers in the shop!

Got everything I needed. Was assisted upon my immediate entry into the store. Everything was easy to find. Getting delivery, assembly, and waste removal all before Christmas and stayed just barely under budget. All in all I can't complain really.

Ian was super helpful. We did 2 visits to this dreams. Ian was very helpful on both visits, directed us to the machine and walked us around to each bed which was appropriate for us (along with pillows) We then came back after a few days to look around again and to finalise what we wanted. Order was very smoothly done, although it was passed the end of his shift he was still very friendly. Great service from him and the white haired lady

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted with a member of staff (Dan). He was extremely helpful when I was explaining what I needed from a mattress and I used the machine which can tell you what mattress you needed. I was able to test out different mattresses and Dan was very patient as I went between different mattresses. I would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family and will definitely return in the future.

Good range of products at a wide price point. Staff very helpful with information on the timing of the sale, etc

The sales man Glen was very informative and nothing was to much trouble. We was not badgered into buying, which was a refreshing change. Generally very satisfied.
