Lovely friendly staff

Good service, helpful assistance and a quality product. Not related to the product but for your information - we parked in the Fountains car park right outside the Dreams store but exceeded the 3 hours parking limit in the car park. This parking limit is not well signed and most people I know don't know about it including us. People tend to take a long time in your store as we did and it has cost us a £60 fine. You may therefore want to warn prospective customers not to linger too long.

Good layout, good prices! Only criticism is I had to wait 20 minutes to be seen, but the guy was busy that’s a management error of staffing as opposed to individuals issue

The experience was fantastic. The staff were very polite and knowledgeable. The store was well laid out. The products were of a high standard with a wide variety.

The lady that served us was very helpful but not pushy and we didn’t feel pressured in buying. She explained the needs for our daughter who we were buying the mattress for which was a great help as we didn’t know what sort she needed.

The consultant was knowledgeable and friendly and helped us quickly and thoroughly. It was a pleasure to shop at Dreams

Maisie was brilliant. Talked us through our needs, discussed our options and helped recommend products. Couldnt do enough to make us feel welcome.
