Ian was a friendly face when we walked into the store. We were only provisionally looking on our first visit, but Ian talked us through all the products and what would best suit us. Due to this, when were in a position to buy, we made a concerted effort to visit Ian to place our order.

The guy who served us name was Dan, he was very knowledgable and helpful.

Very knowledgable staff Was unsure where to start looking but the sleep motion machine is very helpful and Ian helped us narrow down the search Ian understood our budget

We have brought a bed from Dreams before and were very happy with the level of service and range of products. We came to the Dreams in Tunbridge Wells mid week (and without our three young kids) to be able to focus on what we needed with no (kids) distractions. Tried out the new machine that tells you the best beds for you and were able to get a choice of machine and headboard within 15 minutes. Ian was very helpful and was able able to spend plenty of time with us - we ended up buying the mattress he has at home! Cup of coffee while we did the paperwork - all in all a very simple, pain free, easy process.

The lady who helped us was fantastic. She suggested some beds which may be suitable then left us to explore the range at our pace. The time taken for delivery was quick and the quality of the beds seemed very good. There is also a massive range to try.

The lady who helped us was very patient and showed us a nice variety of mattresses. The sleep machine was helpful in suggesting what type of mattress might be best.

the assistant was helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy. Gave us plenty of time to select the right mattress for us without make us feel under any pressure to make a purchase. Once we had selected the product she explained the order and delivery process and guarantees.
