Carol the assistant was knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy and gave us plenty of time to select the right bed for us. We didnot feel pressurised into making a decission. She explained the ordering, delivery process and guarantee clearly.

Maisie was extremely friendly and helpful. We are furnishing a whole house so we are shopping at a lot of different places and the friendliness of the staff helping makes such a difference. There was also a great selection to choose from.

Our sales colleague Ian approached us early on and was very helpful, informative and available but not too pushy and gave us time to try out beds and consider.

We were looking to buy two otoman beds And two mattreses And the lady attending us was very kind, She gave us a coffee while talking through all the process, And the most important thing is that She gave me And my partner 2 minutes to be alone And talk about the plan, Wich meant a lot And We were able to balance our spending without anyone listening to our finances plans. Anyway We did buy the beds And the mattreses And when We left the shop We Felt really Happy, although was a lot of money that We spent.

Maisie who served me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to show me alternative products and help me with a mattress cover. She also offered me coffee.
