We were impressed with the bed “simulator” which narrowed the range of suitable mattresses, then the knowledge and experience of the assistant who helped us test and then make the final selection. Altogether a very satisfying shopping experience.

This was going to be the first of a number of research visits planned to all the local bed stores and we had no intention of making a purchase. We were so impressed with the service and guidance from the staff that we went home and made the purchase over the phone after measuring up. The advice and gentle approach was very much appreciated. I personally hate over pushy sales staff and I’m sensitive to this, so it was so refreshing to find someone with such a great technique and seemed to genuinely care.

Natalie at Tunbridge Wells store was highly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful whilst giving us time to ponder too. The intelligence machine was very advantageous and cut out lots of time by pointing us in the right direction from the offset.

I had to approach the sales lady but she immediately had time for me. I bought the good quality electric blow up mattress. She took me too it and explained everything about it. The topping, inflation/deflation mechanism (and how it would never get back in the box again once deflated- which is good to know!)

We were greeted by Ian at the Tunbridge Wells store. We are a young couple (both 21) and, unlike other stores, we were taken very seriously. He was interested in our lives and told us about his as well. We didn’t think a mattress could be so suited to us.

Really lovely staff, ordered quick and such a good price. She was really great!
