We used the bed match system and using this the advisor helped us pick the right mattress for us. She was also not too pushy and allowed us to make our own decision.

The sales assistant was polite and friendly and took me straight to see the bed I had looked at on line. He listened to me and answered all my questions. He didn't try to sell me something that was inappropriate or out of my budget.

All was extremely good and we were impressed with the machine that gave a personal print out for sleepmatch. The assistant, Dan, knew exactly how to treat his customers. We wre able to wander and ask hime for advice when WE wanted to. All in all a very nice experience. Thank you Dan.

Daniel from Tunbridge store was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us all the info we needed, the bed simulator was useful and gave us plenty of time to decide without being pushy.
