Glenn at the Dreams store Tunbridge Wells was lovely. He took plenty of time to understand what we wanted and made a great cup of tea! We wanted a wooden frame and didn’t like the ones on offer but he knew the stock well and showed us one that was online and available. He was quick with the ordering process and we were surprised at how quickly our items would be able to be delivered

We were allowed time to have a look at a few of the products available before being approached. We then approached by a very helpful member staff, Carol, who was professional, friendly, brilliant customer service and new everything we wanted to know about the products giving us clear advice to help us make the right choice. We were then left to discuss and browse further on our own to make a decision without pressure. Once we'd decided we would like purchase an item, Carol was easy to find and led us straight to the checkout where she offered us tea and coffee whilst taking details and payment. She allowed us time to discuss and make each decision regarding the purchase e.g. a delivery day convenient for ourselves and warranty extension, explaining the terms and conditions clearly. My husband and I both left wishing there were more sales staff with the same customer service attributes.

Carol was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She understood my needs and price range. It was quick to place my order and she answered all my questions.

We were looked after by Glenn from start to finish and he was amazing! We had a rough idea of what we wanted and were shown what we were looking for, explained to the different types/firmness etc and differences between products. To ensure we were making the right choice Glenn was more than accommodating and showed us some other options of varying price points. At no point did I feel pressured or a burden and was given ample time to make our decision. We were offered drinks and found the new sensor bed technology really helped confirm we were looking for the right bed. We had young children with us and they were also made to few very welcome. I had a change of heart a few days later with the colour of frame I chose so called the store and spoke to a very helpful gentleman I believe named Dan who checked stock, delivery and amended my order without any problem. He called me back to avoid me waiting on the phone while he made the amendments and was so helpful and put me completely at ease. I could not fault the service or staff in the Tunbridge Wells store.
