Knowledge of Glenn i n selecting mattress for our consideration was really good. His explanation of each product suited to our needs was informative, we were given time and space to consider our purchase with no pressure to make a decision instantly. We were given written details of our preferred option with casts attached. We liked the variety of mattresses available, and the scale of costs to suit various budgets

Instant greeting. Welcoming and knowledgeable staff member who quickly understood my needs. Did not try to oversell or entice me to look round other products that would not have suited my needs. Allowed me time to think without pressure. Give additional product advice when I had not the experience to ask the right questions. Efficient processing of my order and payment. Gave me a couple of pillows to go with my new beds. Daniel in Tunbridge Wells is a great asset to your company.

Using in-house system to help on what type of mattress would suit us

The assistant that we saw when we arrived was very helpful,but also let us look around on are own which we like to do but she was always available for any questions we had.

We have used Dreams many times over the years. Always very welcoming staff who are very helpful. It was nice owing to the sale prices.

The knowledge and helpfullness of the assistant was exactly what I required. She had the answers to all my questions and was a delight to collaborate with. The options available were vast and with the specialised technology available at the store it was very quick and easy to narrow down the options that were right for me. The staff were all a delight and were even happy to sort my order when the process went after closing, which was a very nice little thing. There is nothing negative to say about the experience

Spoke to Dan on two occasions, for initial research on the first visit. We didn’t feel pressurised and left well informed. Upon returning, we were almost decided. Dan remembered us the following week and offered some further advice, we were offered drinks and well looked after.
