Dan who took my order in the Tunbridge Wells branch was extremely efficient and polite

I have visited the store twice and on both occasions the staff have been unbelievably helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure but felt fully supported during the selection process.

Very clean store, wait time was short to try the mattress machine - which is amazing, what an experimce! The staff were helpful and showed and explain everything very clear

The shop is easy to find. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and able to cope with our need. The mattress we are looking for doesn't exist and he recommended one close to our requirement which we finally purchased. Overall it was a pleasant visit to this shop.

Staff were friendly, had excellent product knowledge and applied no pressure. They should a flexible approach to our needs and a delivery of 2-4 weeks was brilliant. The updates via text and email were excellent and the delivery team were also excellent, polite, helpful and answered all questions. The overall experience has been excellent. Keep up the good work and please don’t get complacent.
