Dan in Tunbridge Wells provided the finest customer service I have ever received in a store of that sort. When I return, he will always be my first point of contact now.

We were approached by a member of staff shortly after arriving at the store, and she was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We were served by Dan in the Tunbridge Wells store, he was very helpful and assisted us to find the best mattress suited for myself and my partners’ needs. He advised us of other products that would help to prolong the life span of the mattress we bought and was very friendly over the phone.
