From the time I stepped into the shop to leaving the staff were very attentive, informative, helpful and friendly and were able to answer my questions. Overall a very positive shopping experience.

The salesman understood what I needed and addressed straight away. It was dealt with immediately and bought the bed within 5 minutes of entering.

Very attentive member of staff (Dan) He was very knowledgeable about all the products and so was able to cater for our needs extremely well. He was very polite but not pushy.

We were met by Natalie who asked us if we'd like any help or information and after a few minutes we explained what we were looking for, tried out the sleep machine and narrowed down our choices. We were given space and time and Natalie did not push to create a sale and she was very knowledgeable. We did not buy at that point as there are two other stores that also sold beds which we went to check out. We returned about 30 minutes later after realising that with Natalie's help we had found the right mattress. She was efficient, courteous and the whole experience was great.
