Knowledge of your consultant, Ian, was superb. Friendly and professional. Excellent service given recommending our mattress, including the Dreams sensor bed!

We walked in the store and Maisie came straight over and asked if we needed some help. We said we were looking for a new mattress, Maisie showed us to the dreams bed calibrator machine, and then showed us a variety of beds that would suit us and we had an amazing pillow to go with. We ending up spending double our budget and buying a pillow, duvet and mattress topper. I would really recommend dreams to anyone looking for a bed.

We came in on two separate occasions. Carol helped us find our best suited mattress using the sleep match facility. Carol was very knowledgeable of products and spent nearly 1hr 30 mins of her time with us. On the second occasion Maisie helped us order our mattress on a buy now pay later plan. We had trouble ordering online and Maisie sorted all our problems for us. She thoroughly explained the product and payment plan to us. Despite it being 2 minutes until the store was due to close when we had the order placed, Maisie still made us feel welcome and kept us entertained while we waited for everything to be processed.

Dan was knowledgeable pheasant and took his time.

Staff were helpful but not pushy. Was left alone to consider information provided and left to try beds. Offered a pillow and a hot drink.

Good service from staff who had sound knowledge and experience of each product to support decision making around which purchase to make. They were not too ‘sales like’ in their approach which was good as felt more genuine.

Maisie was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. She did her job as a sales person by showing me the higher end range but listened and acted on the fact these aren’t in my price range. She listened to my pain problems and we tried several options but she did push something that I wasn’t happy with. She was also very sweet with my baby who I had with me.
