Efficient knowledgable and friendly staff member

We were helped by a very knowledgeable and friendly gentleman called Glenn. He listened to what our needs were and gave us plenty of options so that we could make an informed decision and choice.

Dan was very friendly and informative but gave us space to try beds out. He took time to listen to what we wanted and showed us a variety of options without trying the ‘hard sell’ We were pleasantly surprised by the price of both the mattress but also the removal service

We had visited the store in charlton se7 over a 2 day period. On the first day we was met by Nick a member of the sales team. He was very friendly and helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions. We left knowing our options and which bed we would most likely go for. We returned on the second day and was met by a very helpful member of the team called Justin. He again went through all of the choices we had made and was able to help us finalise what we wanted. He answered any questions we had. He is a great asset to you.

I was served by a lovely woman named Natalie, she greeted me at the door and asked if I needed any help, she then helped me locate a bed I was looking for and offered me a pillow to assist my comfort. Natalie helped me find a mattress too and was very easy to talk to and extremely helpful! She recommended certain mattresses based on my budget and preferences and also gave a demonstration as to how strong the divan drawers were which was so helpful. When I paid she offered me and my mum a drink which was lovely due to the cold weather! The two other people in the shop were so friendly and chatted with me whilst Natalie set up some of the information, all I staff were so friendly I couldn't recommend Dreams Tunbridge Wels more!

Maisie was very welcoming and offered me a drink and had all the information I required in a quick and efficient yet friendly way. She was not too ‘sales like’ or ‘pushy’ and that made a real difference in influence my decision to buy with her so quickly.

We were greeted on entry to the store, the manager (Ian) was knowledgeable and helpful without being too intrusive. The assessment using the 'dream-bed' was also helpful in identifying our specific needs

Dan was very helpful, recommended I tried the electronic bed to take readings of mattress requirements, offered me a cup of coffee while waiting, then worked out what would be the right combination for me.
