Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

Ian was very helpful in the Tunbridge Wells store. He offered us an explanation of the different types of beds and mattresses. We then got to try the system which measures your contours and recommends the style of mattress that is suited to you. He was patient while we were indecisive of our choice and helped us balance our comfort needs with our price range and organised the warranty and delivery on a day of our choice. All in all a really positive and fuss-free experience.

We were served by Maisie and she was extremely helpful from the offset. When we arrived we asked to point us in the direction of the item we were interested in and I can honestly say that the experience was very good and smooth.

We have always visited this store for our bedroom furniture and are even remembered by staff which is great we feel looked after as soon as we walk through the door. We have placed an order every time we have visited without the need to look else where that says a lot.

I am a returning customer. We were greeted when we were in the store. We were listened to and went on the bed tester. Didn't take very long to select the right one for us and buy it. Very pleased with the service.

Staff were friendly,helpful constructive and most of all there was no selling pressure, just assistance. I hate going into stores due to selling pressure. It’s much nicer to be helped and let customers make up their mind. That has been my experience so far with Dreams. Thank you.
