We were helped promptly and after explaining what we were looking for taken directly to the item which was right for us which we ordered while enjoying a welcome cup of coffee!! Both members of staff we dealt with were attentive to our needs and requirements. Both were friendly and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and at no time tried the 'hard sell' technique. Various delivery days were offered a rare thing these days!!
