We were really looked after by Lauren at Dreams in Tunbridge Wells. We had a go on the Sleep Match bed to get ideas for the best mattress and Lauren took the time to explain it all to us and take us around a selection of mattresses identified. Really top class customer service!

The selection was wide and the store layout made it easy to understand what type of mattresses were available. The staff were really helpful and Dan helped us find a bed and mattress right for us.

My experience at Dreams was delightful. Firstly, me and my daughter walked around the store to decide what she would like. Ian saw us looking a bit confused and took us on a tour of the store, finding the perfect double bed. His knowledge was outstanding and he completely understood that we were not looking to pay too much. My daughter tried o0ut the machine which decides your type of mattress which was an ideal experience which I did not know was an option. Moreover, Ian described what a Divan bed is and how to get the best deals. We tried multiple mattresses to ensure we got the best for our needs. When paying he explained everything once more and answered final questions. A
