Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

Excellent advice and help.

Having previously visited another store to purchase a bed, we came away very disappointed, confused and thought maybe we would leave it for a while. However, we saw there was a Dreams store at the local retail park and ventured in. What a difference! We were greeted by a friendly lady called Carol. There was no pressure.Did we need help or did we want to browse. I explained that I suffered neck and back problems and a mattress was very important to my life. She listened while I detailed what I was looking for. She then suggested to lie on the bed which performs a check on the way you sleep etc. We did this and the print out gave us a few mattresses to try. I took my time and kept going back and forth. Carol was brilliant. She asked if we wanted time on our own or more help. We said we would like a bit of time to try them all out a few times. When we made up our minds, Carol was waiting to take our order.We were then asked when we wanted delivery and agreed on a slot.Dreams beds are great value. The stores are well laid out and your lead time for delivery is excellent , however, it was fantastic customer service that won us over. Carol was a gem. We will def be a returning customer.

The assistant that helped us was friendly and took us around the store showing us the mattresses that were matched to us on the sleep match.

Had a scan to see what mattress would suit us best. Manager Ian Clark dealt with us and had excellent knowledge of product and there was plenty of choice

Dan, the advisor at the Tunbridge Wells Industrial Estate store, was super-helpful and found a very suitable mattress for my daughter based on our requirements within minutes. We ordered it a couple of days later by phone once we had checked reviews online.

Very friendly service, quick and efficient

Your Sales assistant Maisie was very helpful from the first minute we asked for assistance. we used your sleep match machine, which we were assisted with. From the recommendations, we were shown the different matches available. We selected our preference and completed the purchase with ease. Maisie was very confident in all aspects of assistance, down to completion of purchase and delivery arrangements.....Many Thanks.

I was highly satisfied as the women who helped us, Maisie was extremely welcoming and helpful, even though we was young (20) she took the time and effort to make us feel like adults as many other shops have not. She offered us immediate assistance, lovely drinks and pillows and we went on the sleep simulator which she explained extremely well!

The assistant, Carol, had great product knowledge, listened to my thoughts on bed choice versus the challenge of room space in our house and was able to offer a better alternative solution that hadn’t occurred to me.
