Knowledgeable & very friendly sales assistant who pointed me in the right direction to find what I was looking for & then left me alone to try out everything that I wanted to.

Ian the store Manager was very professional friendly and gave us time and all the info required. He offered us coffee and gave us time on our own to decide without being pushy he provided an excellent service

I was welcomed by friendly staff who helped me by explaining the different beds and mattresses available to me. The purchase experience was quick and simple and delivery time quoted very accomodating.

I was highly impressed because although the assistant gave us plenty off information they were not in your face pressuring you into buying something they let you browse at your own pace and when you decided helped with the purchase quickly and smoothly

The gentleman that served me was lovely and understood what I needed. I’m in retail and noticed he was a fabulous up seller! I bought the higher end product but I’m happy with it.

On entering the store we were approached by the manager who asked if he could help. He showed us the products in which we were interested and helped us make the right decision. There was no pressure and at all times he was most courteous. We were also given a cup of coffee/tea while he was setting up the order.

Found the item we required and were dealt with in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.

Excellent customer service

advice in store was excellent and delivery was as requested with phone call advising of exact delivery time which avoided wasted time comfort of mattress yet to be tested.

The AST manager served us and was fantastic. We were offered a drink, we used the machine to see what suited us, we were given a pillow to try the beds with, he was so knowledgable and answered all our questions. But wasn’t pushy either.
