Me and my boyfriend haven't ever had to buy a bed and mattress together before and we are very happy with the service we received as well as the products.

Ian at the Tunbridge Wells store really went the extra mile. He explained everything really well, allowed us to take our time and didn’t make us feel pressured in any way. He went out of his way to get us the best price and even made us a cup of coffee!

I was served by Carol at Tunbridge Wells and she was so friendly and understanding of my needs. She made the experience easy and comfortable. The speed I was seen to was super and all the staff were friendly and kept checking to make sure if there was anything we needed. Impecible service.

All the staff were helpful and friendly. More importantly they weren’t pushing for a sale. I had my children and took one to the toilet and it was so clean I was very impressed. We are buying a house which is not yet fully built and the options for delivery met our needs.
