Even though I couldn't spend alot- on very limited budget- the staff went the extra mile to help- even offered me a cup of coffee and didn't rush me in any way. We were approached whilst looking around, but didn't feel pounced apon. Maisie was very friendly and didn't feel as if she was giving us a selling speech. We were shown some mattresses that match our sleep assessment but when we explained they were out of our price range we were shown some other options.
