Good friendly service

I was first customer in on Monday morning when the store opened, Natalie greeted me on arrival, pointed me where I needed to go and then gave me a bit of time to browse and decide on my purchase. Natalie was attentive, friendly and professional throughout - I could not have asked for a more straightforward, pleasant shopping experience.

We hadn’t been in the store long before being welcomed and greeted by Lauren she was extremely helpful advising us on mattresses, offered the experience of the the computer analysis to Taylor the mattress to our needs, she was very knowledgeable but at no point did we feel pressured we were given adequate time to wonder and view all the frames when ever we had a question she was within a glance to come over and help, she really was fantastic such a kind nature really was a lovely experience Thank you Lauren.

Ian was a very attentive sales consultant, he moved mattresses around in store to give me an idea on what the bed frame would look like with a deeper or shallower mattress and gave me options on purchase with a mattress to obtain the discounts

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Couldn't have asked for more.
