I visited 3 times before making a purchase and the store manager Isn, helped me make s choice using knowledge and the sleep calibration machine. All store staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing customer service from the Assistant Manager Dan. So friendly and helpful and assisted us all the way through. Clear explanation of finance procedures and delivery etc. Made to feel welcome despite the late time showing up (about 1hr before store close). Actually showed us products best suited for us rather then the most exspensive just to sell stock. Personalised reccomendations absolutely spot on!!

The assistant Dan listened to my requirements, showed me the ottoman beds in stock and was knowledgeable about the beds features. Service was efficient and it was easy to order. Excellent customer service

The warm welcome you get when you walk into the store all with a smile and politeness and your asked if you would like a drink while looking around the store, and the knowledge the staff have of all the products in store and your needs they go beyond to help in anyway they can to make sure your fully satisfied and I can guarantee we'll be back as and when we need anything from dreams.
