Very happy with the help and assistance we received from Maisie (your employee). Large selection of mattresses on display. Found the computerised test bed useful to understand the level of firmness of mattress we require. I trust it is accurate but won't know until our mattress is tried and tested.

Very friendly greeting from Maisie and Carol at Tunbridge branch. Maisie served us. She was knowledgeable and approachable but most of all listened and explained without pestering.

A salesman called Glen served me.he was kind knowledgable about the product I was interested in. Glen encouraged me to try several mattresses before I made my choice and allowed me plenty of time. I was offered coffee and all staff were very helpful and kind.
