Because we were not hurried in making our selection, were given assistance and were not pounced on when we came in.

We are extremely satisfied with our experience at Dreams. We were helped by a very experienced and knowledgeable member of staff who answered all our queries and gave us the time and space to think and decide on our purchase. We have not received our item yet so cannot comment on the quality of it but we feel very confident that it will be of high standards. We were also very pleased that the item we wanted was on display in the store so we were able to check everything.

Tunbridge Wells Dreams Store. We visited the store just going in to have our usual browse (particularly been interested in a certain mattress for over a year), we were approached by a very friendly sales assistant called Glenn. He showed us around the shop and recommended we try the dreams bed test. We had already been lurking forward and backward over a couple of mattresses so this gave us a better idea of what we may be suited best too. Glenn gave us lots of information on all the products we looked at, and really helped us finally commit to buying ourselves a lovely new one! We felt that Glenn was very professional, kind but also not intrusive as a lot of sales assistants can be when they are trying to cram lots of information in. So thank you Glenn for our new mattress and for all your help!

Achieved exactly what we wanted without undue fuss and delay

All the staff were very courteous, very willing to help but at the same time gave us enough space and time.
