Salesman Dan was very knowledgeable and helped us by explaining all the different types of mattresses. There was never any pressure and he was more than happy to answer all our questions.

Dan who assisted us couldn't have been more helpful. He understood immediately that we didn't have a high budget and did everything possible to show us the options. We ended up buying a divan bed base, headboard and mattress as we'd intended - Dan was helpful, polite and not pushy. The 4 free pillows at the end was a bonus too.

The lady assistant was very lovely and helpful and knew what she was talking about and we liked the hi tech bed which told us which bed would suit us which saved us time going round the store bed hopping.

We previously purchased a Super King Size bed from the T Wells store 3 tears ago and have slept soundly ever sine and always wake refreshed each day.

I knew that I wanted a affordable double bed with undeneath storage so on entering the shop went straight to a sales executive (assistant manager no less!!) Found bed straight away. Had coffee whilst completing paperwork and even a herbal tea for my fussy husband. no extras forced upon us but we decided on a bed head and for old bed to be recycled as both great value. Can't wait until it arrives; I should have got rid of the old one sooner. The extra storage will be really useful to hide the remainder of the clutter in our newly decluttered bedroom

The mattress was for our 17 year old son who came with me, we received excellent customer service - couldn’t fault it. I was expecting it to take hours, the whole selection process and purchasing took 45 minutes - brilliant
